What You’ll Do
As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Kindred Home Care, your role will be to work directly in our clients
homes and provide professional, patient-centered care and truly make a difference in our clients’ lives:
- Elevate Health Outcomes: Your direct, one-on-one care, including comprehensive assessments,
medication management, and specialized procedures, will ensure our clients receive the focused
attention they need to maintain and improve their health at home. - Cultivate Trusting Connections: By working closely with clients and their families, you will build
meaningful relationships, becoming a consistent and reliable healthcare partner in their journey. - Promote Independence and Dignity: Through personalized care and assistance, you will help
clients manage chronic conditions and daily needs, empowering them to live with greater
autonomy in the comfort of their own homes. - Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: Your accurate documentation and collaboration with the
RN, interdisciplinary team, and physician will ensure a cohesive and effective care plan for every
client.

What You’ll Need
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Brunswick
- Valid Criminal/Vulnerable Sector Check
- Department of Social Development background check
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Access to a phone, email, and internet
- Reliable transportation
