  • Entire Agreement
    The attached agreement (together with the Handbook and any attachments) contains the entire agreement among the parties and supersedes any and all previous written or verbal agreements, representations or warranties, including without limitation, any prior employment agreement between the parties.

    Conditions
    This Offer of Employment is conditional on the following:
    • Passing of Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Sector Search, and Social Development Record Check
    • Providing proof of current First Aid / CPR certification
    • Providing proof of professional certification as a Personal Care Aide (or equivalent) or proof that you are enrolled in training that will be completed within 6 months of your hire date
    • Successfully completing Kindred Orientation within the first seven days of receiving Litmos login information
    Acknowledgment
    By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I understand the terms and conditions of my employment, that I have had an opportunity to obtain independent advice and I agree to be bound by the same.
