Are you a compassionate, caring person looking to make a difference in the lives of others? We have clients that are looking for someone like you! Kindred Home Care is a trusted provider of home care and we are looking for Home Support Workers to join our team.

For over 30 years, Kindred Home Care has been providing short and long term home support services to individuals and families in the areas of respite care, personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, and home management. By definition, the word “kindred” means “close to someone because of similar qualities or interests” and with that definition in mind, we endeavour to match clients with the best caregiver for them, believing that one good match is the most important part of the caring environment. Could you be the perfect caregiver for one of our clients?

Don’t have training? That’s okay! Through a partnership with Peak Form Health & Safety Academy, we assist in providing First Aid, CPR, and Personal Care Aide II training in order to give you all the tools you need to work as a Home Support Worker. Peak Form’s program is a made-in-NB PCA II training program, which includes: a Home Support Worker training textbook written specifically for New Brunswick Home Support Workers, a highly accessible learn-at-home program and an innovative, mobile, hands-on lab.

At Kindred Home Care we are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion. Our company values the diversity of the people it hires and serves.  Kindred Home Care does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status or marital status.
