Kindred Home Care Acquires Riley Home Health Services

The acquisition further solidifies Kindred Home Care as NB’s largest, locally owned home care company

St. Stephen, NB (December 2, 2020) – Home care services company Kindred Home Care is pleased to announce its acquisition of Riley Home Health Services of Saint John, NB. The acquisition includes 100 caregivers, three members of Riley’s management team and close to 200 clients. Kindred Home Care has been in operation for nearly 35 years and now employs more than 800 people in throughout New Brunswick.

The foundation of Kindred Home Care’s service is caregiver-and-client matching, to help ensure consistency, reliability and a caring environment. With the acquisition of Riley Home Health Services, Kindred Home Care can also expand the use of its custom-built, industry-leading software to offer outcome-based service to keep clients and caregivers safe, and extend the quality of life at home for seniors.
